Mississippi Panthers was founded with a purpose to provide women with the opportunity to play a male-dominated sport, professional American football. That purpose continues through the Global Panther Program. Now on a global scale, the Mississippi Panthers can provide women worldwide the opportunity to play American football.

Experience the Global Panther Program
Launched in 2021, The Global Panther Program strives to allow women the opportunity to play on the Mississippi Panthers professional football team for one season (or for as long as their temporary visa allows) to gain the experience of the sport and life in America. The program is available only to citizens or nationals of countries who are approved to obtain a visa with the United States. Please visit the U.S. Travel Advisory website to learn more information.

With the help and support of the Women's Football Conference and Mississippi Panthers, you will obtain a temporary visa to experience playing American football and life in America.
Team Support
You will receive unwavering amounts of support from the league, players, and staff to help you through your involvement in the program to ensure you have a positive experience.
Housing Support
The program includes support in helping you find housing during your stay to ensure you have a safe place to call home during your time in the program.
Funding
The organization provides many fundrasing opportunities to help support your obligations as a team player but also help provide opportunities to ensure players have funds for cost of living.
